We assess your siding, trim, and any wood damage and send a clear written proposal by email. Once you sign, we lock dates in a suitable painting window and your superintendent walks the project with you.
Pressure wash
We wash the exterior to remove dirt, mildew, and chalking so the new coating bonds properly.
Scrape, sand, and repair wood
We remove failing paint and sand surfaces to a sound, paintable base, then repair or replace rotted siding, trim, and dry-rot damage before painting.
Prime, caulk, and seal
We spot-prime or full-prime bare and repaired surfaces for adhesion, then seal gaps and joints to keep moisture out, which is critical in the PNW.
Paint and daily cleanup
We apply premium exterior coatings in clean, even coats, and clean the site and secure our gear at the end of each day.
Two-stage walkthrough
Your superintendent walks the site with the crew for touch-ups, then with you for quality control and final approval before we call it done.

The Pacific Northwest is one of the toughest climates for exterior paint. Long wet stretches, moss, mildew, and big temperature swings all work against a coating that was not applied correctly. That is why prep and product choice matter more here than almost anywhere else.
We schedule exterior work for the dry window from late spring through early fall, when temperatures and moisture levels let the paint cure properly. We manage moisture by washing, letting surfaces dry, sealing gaps, and using coatings built to flex and resist water. Done right, your exterior is protected through the wet seasons that follow, not just painted to look good for a summer.
