Label, remove hardware, and degrease
Doors and drawer fronts come off and are labeled so everything goes back exactly where it belongs, then we clean and degrease thoroughly so the coating bonds to grease-free surfaces.
Sand, fill, and set up dust control
We sand surfaces to a paintable profile and fill dings and grain for a smooth result, then mask the kitchen and contain overspray and dust to protect the rest of your home.
Prime
We apply a bonding primer suited to your cabinet material.
Spray the finish
Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed off the boxes in a controlled area, and boxes are masked and sprayed in place, for a factory-smooth, brush-mark-free finish.
Cure, reassemble, and walk it with you
We allow proper cure time, reinstall doors, drawers, and hardware, then your superintendent walks the finished kitchen with you for quality control and final approval.
